Newest user Private We are a Colorado cooperative whose mission is to provide its members with locally produced biodiesel while documenting the effects of its use in the Roaring Fork Valley and educating the community about alternatives to petroleum fuel. Biodiesel emissions are substantially lower than petroleum diesel. Biodiesel can be produced domestically. The Biodiesel life cycle (seed to fuel to seed) absorbs more CO2 than it emits. Biodiesel can be created in a zero-waste approach. No amount of wilderness needs to be sacrificed for the production of biodiesel. Biodiesel is healthier for us and for our environment. |
